BEET ROSES



Peel and slice 6 beets
Boil for 15 minutes
Soak 1 cup cashews in hot water for 15-30 min.
Drain water and add to food processor
Add 4 tbsp. Spero Foods™ Herb Cream Cheese
Add 1/4 cup cashew milk
Add 2 slices red beets
Blend and add 1-2 tsp. Wild Foods Co™ Black Truffle Salt to taste Layer cooked beets largest to smallest and add cream in between
Blend 1/4 cup basil, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 lemon squeezed, salt and pepper and add to plate
