Cook sushi rice
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
1 tbsp. water
Mix together in a bowl
Lay nori out on sushi roller mat

Wet fingers and add thin layer of sticky sushi rice
Add peanut mix down center
Add mashed avocado down center
Roll and add toasted sesame seeds
Add slice of jalapeño to top (optional)
