PEAR THYME COUSCOUS



2 cups Israeli couscous (follow package instructions)
Add to large bowl and cool
3 pears thinly sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
1 cup diced cucumbers diced
1/2 cup red onion diced
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup sliced almonds (optional)
For the dressing

1/4 cup olive oil
2 lemons squeezed
1/4 cup fresh thyme
3 tbsp. agave
Whisk together and add to salad
Salt and pepper to taste
